Many conventional cleaning chemicals are neither efficient nor effective due to the fact that they do not properly address the reason soils adhere to a surface. They treat the symptoms, not the problems.   S.R.C. is a concentrated cleaner that cleans and slip treats a multitude of surfaces at the same time.

Our slip resistant floor finishes like Flexfinish, Flexfinish HT, Maxiflex and Maxiflex HT are versitile enough to be used on many types of resilient and hard floors including natural stone, ceramic tile, wood, concrete, rubber, VAT, VCT, lino and old vinyl asbestos tile.   They are highly innovative, durable, scuff, scratch, black heel mark, and UV resistant.
